Very Inspiring Blogger Award

Candy of Lovely Buns [] nominated me for The Very Inspiring Blogger Award sometime back. I am so sorry I waited this long to acknowledge and pass it along.
I will not, however, be contacting those I mention below. I hope you check out all of my blogging friends in this post , the previous and the next, as I intend to honor those who honored me with ‘nominations’ but I truly cannot spend the large amounts of time the lovely, encouraging and thoughtful awards entail. Thank all of you for your consideration .

Thanks, Tamara, but I spent HOURS addressing these…no more! It is so nice of them but really, it is too much.
Did you see that I mentioned you in yesterday’s post for the Wonderful Team Membership Award? I put in the names of my supporters, you certainly being one at the top! Thank you, always.

I truly enjoy your posts,Jehanne.I know these ‘awards’ are time-consuming, but I decided to show my appreciation to those I enjoy and who support me. I will be ‘seeing’ you !

Yes, Arlen, dear; I know you have gotten awards many times. That is why I did not contact you or any of the others.I had been awarded several of them in a row and find them very hard to get to do and they take so much time that I decided to accept the ones already given to me so that I did not offend the ones who were so kind as to bestow them.I used them as an excuse to thank my fellow bloggers whom I enjoy and who have been supportive,(like you!), and to encourage others to visit my supporters.
I have decided to not accept any more and please, don’t feel obligated;I have not fulfilled al the obligations and am not going to participate in any more.It was just a “Thank You” to you and the others, and I hoped it would bring you more followers.
      God bless!

Thanks,Judy.I truly am honored by the support these awards show to me, the camaraderie between bloggers.I took too long to acknowledge these; they do take up a great deal of time, so I took the few I had waiting and used them to say thanks and try to get others to view the sites.I hope you saw that I mentioned you in the previous one.
Thank you for all the attention you have thrown my way!

Congratulations Tonette – and thank you. I didn”t see this – it didn’t pingback – I think because there’s no space between my blog name and the URL – so I apologize for not thanking you sooner!!! I’m behind in award nominations and will catch up soon too! xxx Lindy

That’s OK, Lindy; I didn’t contact anyone because of how time-consuming following through on these awards are, plus several of the people I listed have received the awards previously.
I sat down for two days, thanked the lovely bloggers who were so kind to encourage me with the awards and used the opportunity to list those bloggers I appreciate, whose blogs I enjoy and who have been encouraging to me.(I love your blog and you have been so kind to me!).
I hope to introduce yo to others, as well. Thank you for all you have shown me!

I agree with you entirely Tonette – in fact I decided that a blogroll is a better way to go than the awards – but then I haven’t updated my blogroll either! So much to do – so little time. I feel like the Mad Hatter!!!
